Volunteer Reflection
This reflection reviews the differences between professionally and personally pursuing conversation partners. These experiences enable me to better instruct EFL/ESL students in relation to the role conversation partnering serves in bettering their language skills and how to make the most of these types of opportunities in future teaching contexts.

Workshop & Webinar Reflection
This reflection overviews the information I gathered from attending the “Language of Joy” webinar by María Inés Canto and Jonathan Carlyon as a part of the International Symposium hosted by CSU in February of 2022. Additionally, the reflection discusses the Inclusive Pedagogy remote workshop course I attended between January 31st and February 20th through the TRN-TILT office at CSU. The certificate of completion for this course has been provided, as well.
